It is a secure and confidential tool to report concerns surrounding occurrence of conduct deviations practiced by public agents related to Dataprev. All information is received by Iaux Brasil, an independent and specialized company, which after initial analysis of the information, forwards the report for analysis by the company's Ombudsman. This ensures professionalism, absolute secrecy and the proper treatment of each situation.

The Compliant Channel is available online and by phone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so you can register your complaint peacefully.

Feeling safe and secure about the occurrence to be reported, go to "Report an Incident", fill in the corresponding form and attach photos, documents or other files if you wish so. After submitting your report you will receive a protocol number which allows you to monitor and offer more information later, if necessary.

When it happened or since when the situation happens;
Where does the situation occur;
Does this situation keep on happening?
