Is there any possibility that I can be identified when I file a complaint on this channel?
If you opted for anonymity, there is no possibility of identification, as data such as the IP of the computer that originated the report or the telephone number that made the call to the 0800 number are not recorded.

It is recommended that, when making a complaint, you do not mention it to anyone, not even to someone who seems to be very trustworthy. This is an extra care to ensure that your identity will not be revealed, as you will not take risks of chatter between friends.
If I identify myself, who will have access to my identity?
If you chose to identify yourself in a report, access to your name will be exclusive to Bauducco’s Ethics Committee, which may contact you through this channel to obtain more information and clarify doubts, making the analysis process more comprehensive and reliable. The disclosure of your identity will only occur if it is extremely necessary and after your formal authorization, without which, access to your identification will remain restricted to members of Bauducco’s Ethics Committee.
Who can use this channel?
The Channel must be used, always in good faith, by anyone who becomes aware of an incident or suspected misconduct that violates ethical principles and the guidelines of the company's Code of Conduct, laws and regulations in effect.

This means that employees, both permanent and temporary, regardless of their function, former employees, service providers, customers, in short, everyone who, in any way, is related to Bauducco, can use this Whistleblowing Channel.
Who receives reports made on this channel?
The Channel must be used, always in good faith, by anyone who becomes aware of an incident or suspected misconduct that violates ethical principles and the guidelines of the company's Code of Conduct, laws and regulations in effect.

After preliminary analysis by Iaux, the registration is sent for analysis by Bauducco’s Ethics Committee. This forwarding is done securely within the system, without any access by unauthorized persons, including those mentioned in the complaint.
Why isn't Bauducco receiving the reports initially filed?
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and that the reports are analyzed confidentially and without access by unauthorized persons or persons involved in the reported situation, Bauducco’s Whistleblowing Channel is managed by Iaux Brasil, an independent and specialized company.

The outsourcing of this service reinforces Bauducco’s commitment to promoting and maintaining an ethical, fair, honest and transparent environment with all those who have a relationship with the company, as well as promoting and encouraging honesty and ethical behavior of its employees, in all hierarchical levels.

Will I face any consequences by filing a report in good faith?
Bauducco prohibits retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, expresses a legitimate concern, reports or participates in the investigation of a suspected violation of the Code of Conduct, even if the report proves to be unfounded at the end of its investigation.

Good faith whistleblowers will always be protected by the company from any retaliation or negative consequences. Eventual acts of retaliation will not be tolerated and employees with retaliatory behavior will be subject to disciplinary measures.

Any whistleblower who believes they have suffered retaliation must immediately report the situation through this Channel. If the origin of the facts is identified, the appropriate measures will be adopted to put an end to such retaliation.
Why should I report?
A misconduct can affect the climate in the organizational environment, motivation, productivity, the quality of products and services, the company's image, financial results and, finally, the business capacity to generate jobs and income.

We are all responsible for promoting an ethical, fair, honest and transparent environment, through our daily behavior, in the exercise of our activities and in our internal and external relations.

Communicating a misconduct, in addition to a legal duty, is to comply with the company's policies and standards, it’s also a moral duty, as it contributes to the prevention and treatment of situations that may pose risks to the company and to those who work with it relate.
Can I be labeled a “snitcher” if I file a report?
It is important to reinforce that, if you decide to make a complaint, you should never comment on your decision to anyone, not even your closest colleagues.
How many times should I report the same incident?
If you are going to report an actual or potential situation, please do so only once. Making several records of the same occurrence will not give more credit, it will only bring higher processing costs, loss of time in the analysis and delay in its conclusion.
If I lose the provided protocol number, can I get it back?
No!

Even if you have identified yourself in your registration, it will not be possible to recover the protocol number if you have lost it. This is because, as explained above, the IP number of the computer or telephone that called the 0800 number and originated the manifestation is not identified.

0As there is no other information capable of proving the identity of the person who made the registration, to guarantee the security of the process, it will be necessary to register a new report. Therefore, keep the protocol number in a safe place.
