If you opted for anonymity, there is no possibility of identification, as data such as the IP of the computer that originated the report or the telephone number that made the call to the 0800 number are not recorded.

It is recommended that, when making a complaint, you do not mention it to anyone, not even to someone who seems to be very trustworthy. This is an extra care to ensure that your identity will not be revealed, as you will not take risks of chatter between friends.
If I identify myself, who will have access to my identity?
If you chose to identify yourself in a report, access to your name will be exclusive to Bauducco’s Ethics Committee, which may contact you through this channel to obtain more information and clarify doubts, making the analysis process more comprehensive and reliable. The disclosure of your identity will only occur if it is extremely necessary and after your formal authorization, without which, access to your identification will remain restricted to members of Bauducco’s Ethics Committee.
Who can use this channel?
The Channel must be used, always in good faith, by anyone who becomes aware of an incident or suspected misconduct that violates ethical principles and the guidelines of the company's Code of Conduct, laws and regulations in effect.

This means that employees, both permanent and temporary, regardless of their function, former employees, service providers, customers, in short, everyone who, in any way, is related to Bauducco, can use this Whistleblowing Channel.
Who receives reports made on this channel?
The Channel must be used, always in good faith, by anyone who becomes aware of an incident or suspected misconduct that violates ethical principles and the guidelines of the company's Code of Conduct, laws and regulations in effect.

After preliminary analysis by Iaux, the registration is sent for analysis by Bauducco’s Ethics Committee. This forwarding is done securely within the system, without any access by unauthorized persons, including those mentioned in the complaint.
Why isn't Bauducco receiving the reports initially filed?
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and that the reports are analyzed confidentially and without access by unauthorized persons or persons involved in the reported situation, Bauducco’s Whistleblowing Channel is managed by Iaux Brasil, an independent and specialized company.

The outsourcing of this service reinforces Bauducco’s commitment to promoting and maintaining an ethical, fair, honest and transparent environment with all those who have a relationship with the company, as well as promoting and encouraging honesty and ethical behavior of its employees, in all hierarchical levels.
